Check Out Your Local Junkyard for Treasures

A lot of cool things can be found in a junkyard full of cars. You just have to know where to look and what to look for. If you’re into pulling old car parts, there’s no better place to be. Just know your stuff and have your tools handy. Any car junkyard worth its weight in gold will endeavor to keep an excellent inventory of cars and their parts. That way, you should be able to call ahead of time.

The junkyard may also post a pricing board, that’s if they’re on the up and up. Just remember, these junkyards buy abandoned and wrecked cars to sell their parts. In this case, the sum of the part is greater than the whole. The yard should be happy to help you find the parts that you need. Play it safe and don’t try to wreck something just to buy it at a cheaper price.
