I\u2019m a stickler for details with respect to \u201cform\u201d following \u201cfunction.\u201d This one is a mystery. At :42, well, it\u2019s absurd to think this policeman could even catch a kid on a tricycle. Seriously? At :53! Here\u2019s another \u201coddity.\u201d Here\u2019s a thought.
