The vehicle is comprised of two 10-foot-long-MiG fighter jet engines that are mounted on top of a 46-ton tank. It\u2019s an ultimate fire-fighting weapon that can generate 27,000 pounds of thrust. It can also expel 8,000 gallons of water per minute\u2014but from where? Amazing, no doubt, but, what would be the purpose of the jet engines in the rear? This is amazing. At 2:20 into the video, these amazing engines go to work to put out an oil fire within minutes. Of course, the only thing that would slow down the operation is refueling with additional water. Those oil field fires could be seen from space at the time, and would have seriously contaminated the earth\u2019s atmosphere. \u201cBig Wind\u201d got the job done.<\/p>\n
