The bad guys in black hats only promote high prices. When the bad guys try to sell their over-priced vehicles to the townspeople, The Dodge Boys ride into town with the &#8220;White Hat Special&#8221; Dodge Charger at a price so low the competition starts crying over it.<\/p>\n<p>The core idea of the commercial is that the 1969 Dodge Charger is a special car offered at a special price that can&#8217;t be beat by anyone. It is a sleek, stylish, durable and comfortable vehicle with lots of options, including wheel covers and, at least in this commercial, a white vinyl top.
