These are dangerous road conditions! However, there are always those who prefer to drive snowy and icy roads like it\u2019s a summer drive on a country back road. People just seem to throw caution out the door.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s an old Navy saying. \u201cDamn the torpedoes, full speed ahead.\u201d It seems to apply in every incident. It also makes you wonder who\u2019s issuing driver\u2019s licenses around the world!<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it makes you wonder what\u2019s on the mind of drivers\u2014or what isn\u2019t on the mind of drivers. Check out the incident in which one driver\u2019s car is swiped and the guilty party keeps driving. The driver doesn\u2019t waste time turning the car around, but backs it up in traffic and catches up with the culprit. Bold move!
