The Sin R1 was built to fill the niche of people who like the idea of having a race car that’s approved for road use. Sin is a new car manufacturer that seems to have emerged from nowhere, actually. The car is not particularly luxurious. Drivers have to squeeze through an FIA-approved roll cage to reach the wheel. The vehicle comes in carbonfibre or fiberglass, and its motor gets its power from a General Motors LS3 V8 engine.
Camaro SS employs this engine. It could be a tough sell, considering car manufactures spend untold millions to develop a brand that people can readily identify with.
Remember, pride in ownership is often a result of people have a reason to be envious. “Look at what I have. It’s valuable and well respected.” Check out the video and form your own opinion as to whether you’d like to park one in your garage.
