The Lotus Excel is heralded as the world’s first submarine car. This Lotus is a redo of the Bond’s Lotus Esprit form the film “The Spy Who Loved Me”. You have to admit, this is a bold undertaking. Of course, the host isn’t alone. There’s someone there filming, but it still takes a lot of grit. After all, the car doesn’t even look water proof. Wait! There’s a water leak. No doubt what some have expected, and even hoped to see. However, it’s a successful first run and performs exactly as hoped.
