Can there really be anything annoying about owning a nice or new car? Some people think so. First, whenever you have a nice car, everyone wants to be your friend! If they’ve got a deal going, you’re doing yourself some damage if you’re not a part of it. People also want to know how much gas you burn through in month. Or how about being stopped and having someone tell you they need a job, and hand you their resume!
They also want to know how much you make a year. They’ll stop you and ask. Then, there’s that stupid question, “What do I have to do to get a car like yours?” Then of course they’ll ask how fast you’ve driven in it. Don’t tell them. You may not like what they have to say. So, if you’re driving an expensive car and you stop at a stoplight, don’t roll down the windows. Smile and keep going.
